CARMEN LOSCERTALES
FOUNDER & CO-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Born in Madrid, Spain, and a resident of Zambia since 2022, Carmen Loscertales is the co-founder of Hope4Action.

Passionate about education and human development, she holds a degree in Chemistry and two postgraduate degrees: a Master's in International Teaching and a Master's in Development Cooperation and Education for Development.

With over ten years of experience as an educator, she has taught more than 300 students in both school and private settings.

Her arrival in Zambia as a volunteer marked a turning point in her life. Since then, she has professionally dedicated herself to international cooperation, working with various NGOs and leading projects focused on equity and community empowerment.

Her commitment to people—especially children and young people—and her vision of equality have been the pillars that led to the creation of Hope4Action in the community where she lives and works.
DOE MUBIANA
FOUNDER & CO-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Born in Livingstone, Zambia, Doe Mubiana is the co-founder of Hope4Action. A former professional football player and currently a coach for youth and women's teams,

Doe is a responsible and deeply committed individual focused on the comprehensive development of his community, especially in terms of youth.

Through his profession, he has taken his commitment to the next level, actively involving himself in the education and daily affairs of children and young people.

He holds a Diploma in Sports Sciences and a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate. He continues to expand his professional career in the field of cooperation, aiming to create a broader impact in his community.

In 2024, after years of experience and identifying the challenges facing his community, Doe did not hesitate to take the next step and establish Hope4Action, with the goal of making a significant contribution to the well-being and development of young people in his environment.
